Located in the hills of Quinzano with a beautiful view of the valley, a 1970s villa and its garden are being renovated and completely redesigned to open up to the surrounding landscape.

The project includes the insertion of a large covered porch and new, large panoramic windows facing south.

From the inside of the house, a large, open-space living area extends outdoors, creating a seamless transition between the indoor space on the one hand, and the terrace and new swimming pool on the other,  fitting perfectly with the surrounding grounds and context.
