The project envisages an urban development plan  for a new   in Brenzone, on a steep plot directly overlooking Lake Garda.

The project envisages the construction of a residential site of 10,950 cubic metres with detached single-family villas adapted to the contour of the land, limiting excavations and earthworks to a minimum, and located so as to safeguard the existing olive trees.

The project also includes complementary urbanisation works to be handed over to the  municipality, designed to minimise both visual and environmental impacts. Parking spots have in fact been hidden and integrated with the surrounding terrain , so as not to be visible to the eye from both the lake and the road above.

Finally, a belvedere-type green area  from which the view of the lake can be enjoyed, equipped with benches, olive trees and soft lighting, will cover the parking spaces below.
