Project for a new building in the outskirts of San Giovanni Lupatoto, close to Verona.

The project builds on the idea of taking up the traditional shapes of the context, seeking regularity and cleanness at all levels of the building, to maximise the use of spaces, while minimising costs as much as possible.

The façade has a regular and continuous score  from top to bottom, hides the parking spaces on the street level, and houses 4 flats with 2 penthouses with pocket terraces on the major fronts.
