INKA, a restaurant located in the centre of Verona, offers a menu that combines Peruvian ingredients with the technique of Japanese cuisine.

In line with the restaurant’s philosophy, the interior has been designed by combining a soft atmosphere with dark and embracing tones, with a more technical, industrial character:

the use of black paint, spot lighting  and velvet curtains mingle with the hard tones of the kitchen counter and the bar , made of corrugated galvanised sheet metal.
