On the border of the Torricelle in the Valdonega area, a single-family villa is being completely stripped of its 1970s patina and renovated from an energy-efficiency  point of view.

The house has two above-ground  overlooking the valley and the church towers of the historic city.

The project revisits the interiors through large windows, moveable partitions in furniture and softly coloured materials, rediscovering a new transparency and permeability between the inside and outside, and creating new perspectives in a spatial unicum between garden, terraces and views of the city.
